Kate Tsui groans making money is hard when shooting TVB series

Kate Tsui was a guest performer at real estate company MIDLAND HOLDINGS's anniversary banquet last night. When speaking of the recent exposure that she's in fact a rich lady owning a luxury home in Sha Wan, Kate said: "The home belongs to my mother. I want to buy a home for myself, but the housing prices are so high now. It is not easy to buy one." She has been striving hard to save enough money for the down payment by controlling herself from spending too much on new clothes. Reporters said if she finds a wealthy boyfriend to take care of her, wouldn't that be even better? She believes the happiest is spending money that she earned herself. Also, she relies on fate when it comes to relationships.

This year, Kate estimates she will be busy shooting TVB series for the majority of the year and may not be able to make some extra money in Mainland. Asked if she envies Bowie Lam for being able to buy a new home and car after leaving TVB? Kate said: "Why is it so hard for me to earn some money? He entered the industry much earlier than me, it's hard to compare. However, my participation in Triumph in the Skies II is very attractive." Kate is happy that her new film Turning Point 2 is doing well with nearly HK$5 million in the box office and that viewers are willing to accept her performance.

Luckily, he had patience with me and answered my questions."

After days of 'lessons', Kate had an enriching experience and came to a conclusion: "Francis is a very special actor. He doesn't have a formula with his acting, he will forever have surprises and even in a totally relaxed state. This is a very deep knowledge, so I hope next time I can collaborate with him again. I don't mind doing a series!"

Kate Tsui & Sammy Shum love sparks through dancing

Recently the rumors between Kate Tsui and Ron Ng have gotten his 'real' girlfriend Viann Zhang extremely upset. It turns out that Kate's Mr. Right is someone else, Sammy Shum, who is known as the "Knock-Off Louis Koo". It was said the two have developed feelings after all the series they have been shooting together lately. What Kate likes most about Sammy is that he is tall and handsome, plus he's a fan of dancing. The two often meet up for dance rehearsal and dates in Wan Chai.

Both Kate and Sammy grew up overseas, they are both on the same page and are on the right key. Earlier the two even disguised themselves as the male and female lead to Twilight!

Last Wednesday at 6pm, Sammy appeared at the coffee shop alone and after 10 minutes, Kate arrived. The two sat together by the window in the coffee shop hanging out, chatting and laughing together. They looked very close.

Following the rumors with Ron Ng, "The Shell King" Chan Kwok Cheung and "Stage Prop Guy", recently news broke out that Kate is actually with TVB fourth line actor Sammy. This year, the two got to know each other better during the shooting of Forensic Heroes III and then collaborated again in Lives of Omission, where love officially sparked.

Sammy somewhat resembles Louis Koo, earlier he was chosen in particular by TVB to be one of the heavily promoted artists. The initial plans were for him to join three other newcomers to form the group, Super Four and release an album, but unfortunately the plan died out. Later, he started dating JJ Jia, but sadly JJ's management broke them up. In the recent year, Sammy had been stuck with the supporting roles, but he was fortunate that Kate Tsui, who is currently at FaDan level, did not avoid him. Kate has a Western girl character, where she treats everyone the same and chats happily with the behind-the-scenes staff. Although Sammy is basically a nobody, he is still a tall and handsome guy. He can play musical instruments, sing and dance, he knows a bit of everything. Also, he is a fan of dancing, so when Kate and Sammy didn't have to film, they would chat about dancing nonstop.

According to an insider, "Coincidentally they both like dancing and grew up overseas. They have so much in common and get along well. They did two series in a row together. When being with someone so much, feelings will develop." Recently, the two fell in love with Argentina Tango and close body contact is required in this type of dance. The dance routines are provocative, which is most suitable for couples or married couples to partner up in.
